用NAS儲存音樂檔案比較好嗎？

為什麼我們要用NAS網路硬碟儲存音樂？老實說對一般音響迷而言，我們不一定要讓音樂檔案連上網路，用一般外接硬碟再儲存、擴充、攜帶上反而更為方便。使用NAS的數位流玩家，來聊聊NAS的好處吧！

Weiss老闆Daniel Weiss在FB上談到了NAS的優點，主要強調NAS的資料備份能力，此外還介紹了一個德國品牌Certon的NAS，特別適合音響迷使用：

Maybe you have collected some music files on a USB hard disk, maybe even a lot of music files, actually.
If you take care of backing up that hard disk regularly then you may use the USB drive as the main storage device for the MAN301 without any concerns. (If you care about those music files always make sure to back them up!)

If you like to go for a professional storage solution though, get a NAS unit. NAS units are available with two or more hard disks and can be configured such that a failure of one of the disks does not result in any data loss. This is a big step towards data safety. Backup is still advisable to prevent from accidental erasing, theft, fire etc. though.
