We have received a Taiwanese customer mailed Accuphase E-370 Warranty registration card in recent. We checked this unit was originally sold in Saitama Japan in 100V, it is totally violating our sales policy. This customer bought E-370 from"尹晨視聴器材有限公司、羽辰視聴影音超特店Demo Style", addressing“台北市中華路一段45號1棲" who is not official dealer of Accuphase distributor in Taiwan, it will not get proper standard service parts and after sales services at all,neither in Japan, nor in Taiwan.
Owing to this serious affairs, we hereby ask our official distributor Taisheng Trading
Corporation 台笙貿易有限公司appealing this public announcement on behalf of us, that Acuuphase Taiwanese audiophiles should buy Accuphase products from official dealers to get 120V standard equipments for excellent performances and perfect after sales services.

頃獲台灣客戸寄来Accuphase E-370 售後服務保證卡註冊，經査該件係日本國内用100V， 已違反銷售規範，在日本及台灣均無法提供售後服務。該客戸係向台北市中華路一段45號1棲「尹晨視聴器材有限公司、羽辰視聴影音超特店Demo Style」購買，復査該「尹晨視聴器材有限公司、羽辰視聴影音超特店DemoStyle」並非Accuphase台灣總代理台笙貿易有限公司正式經銷商，有違本公司銷售原則，將無法提供原廠標準維修零件及售後服務。
値此事件，特此公開呼籲台灣Accuphase 愛用者，應向總代理正式經銷商購買台灣標準電源120V 器材， 以發揮正常優異性能，並能獲得完善售後服務保證為荷。特此委請總代理台笙公司代為公告，以正視聴。
