丹麥Dynaudio喇叭工廠在2014年10月21日正式宣布，中國歌爾聲學併購丹麥Dynaudio股權。歌爾聲學注入資金，但並未變動目前Dynaudio的一切運作。Dynaudio工廠還是維持丹麥，研發團隊、行銷策略不變。Dynaudio將結合歌爾的資金與技術，研發出更貼近市場需求的新產品。對於Dynaudio未來的發展，具有正面的意義。

GoerTek Inc. acquires the majority shares of Dynaudio.
GoerTek Inc. a leading Hi-Tech consumer electronics company based in Weifang, China, has acquired the majority shares of Dynaudio. Wilfried Ehrenholz, the founder of Dynaudio, will remain as a minority shareholder and continue to participate in Dynaudio´s product and marketing strategy. Dynaudio is a significant player in the international speaker market and over the past 35 years Dynaudio has built a position as the leading high-end brand.
Over the years, Dynaudio has been capable of applying its strong competencies within sound to the car industry and leading sound studios all over the world. With the investment of GoerTek Inc. , Dynaudio will be able to accelerate its product development, innovation and growth strategy and further strengthen its position in the premium audio/speaker market.

2014年10月21日，歌爾聲學股份有限公司（以下簡稱“本公司”）及全資子公司香港歌爾泰克有限公司（以下簡稱“香港歌爾”）與Dynaudio Invest A/S、Bjert Private Equity A/S、Dynaudio Management ApS簽署了《Share Sale and Purchase Agreement》（以下簡稱“《股份認購協定》”）。本公司以支付現金方式購買其合計持有的Dynaudio Holding A/S（以下簡稱“Dynaudio”）83%股權，投資金額為41,500,000美元（約合人民幣255,225,000元）；香港歌爾以支付現金方式購買Dynaudio 17%股權，投資金額為8,500,000美元（約合人民幣52,275,000元）。
姜濱先生：董事長兼總經理
清華大學高級工商管理碩士、北京航空航太大學學士。2001年創辦了本公司，曾任濰坊亞光電子有限公司技術經理。姜濱先生有20多年電聲行業的豐富工作經驗，是中國電子元件行業協會理事、山東上市公司協會副會長、濰坊市第十六屆人民代表大會常務委員會委員、山東省勞動模範。曾榮獲山東省省長品質獎、濰坊市優秀企業家等稱號。
姜龍先生：副董事長兼執行副總經理
美國馬里蘭大學博士、中國人民大學碩士、清華大學學士。2005年加入本公司，分管公司的市場和銷售工作。姜龍先生曾任美國MICROTEST公司銷售工程師、銷售主管、中國總代理。
宮見棠先生：董事兼高級副總經理

夏善紅女士：董事
博士，正高級研究員，博士生導師，現任中國科學院電子所學術委員會和學位委員會委員，傳感技術聯合國重點實驗室北方基地主任。曾任國家“十五”863計畫微機電系統（MEMS）重大專項總體專家組成員，國家自然科學基金、973等二十余項國家級科研專案專案負責人或首席專家。
張平女士：獨立董事
博士，教授，現任北京大學法學院智慧財產權學院常務副院長，北京大學互聯網法律中心主任。1991年北京大學法律系畢業留校任教至今。兼任中國智慧財產權研究會副會長，中國法學會智慧財產權法研究會副秘書長，中國科技法學會副會長兼秘書長，中南財經政法大學智慧財產權中心研究員及學術委員會委員，國家數位版權研究基地主任，中國共創軟體聯盟、中國專利保護協會、中國民營科技促進會等社團任常務理事，中國物聯網標準工作組成員等社會職務。張平女士已獲得獨立董事資格證書。
周東華先生：獨立董事
博士，教授，現任清華大學資訊科學技術學院副院長、自動化系主任。兼任中國自動化學會第九屆常務理事、副秘書長，《自動化學報》副主編。並兼任北京安控科技股份有限公司獨立董事。周東華先生已獲得獨立董事資格證書。
肖星女士：獨立董事
博士，現任清華大學經濟管理學院副教授、會計系主任、中國會計學會財務成本分會理事、清華大學公司治理研究中心高級研究員。兼任湖南多喜愛股份有限公司、新疆雪峰科技股份有限公司、安徽六國化工股份有限公司、榮信電力電子股份有限公司獨立董事。肖星女士已獲得獨立董事資格證書。
肖志興先生：獨立董事
